Livia Lenz is an international attorney focused on U.S. immigration and cross-border business matters.

Originally from Brazil, Ms. Lenz is licensed to practice law in both Brazil and New York and holds two master’s degrees, including an LL.M. from University of California, Berkeley. Her background includes experience in corporate law, international business transactions, and U.S. immigration law.

Before founding her U.S. practice, Ms. Lenz spent eight years leading her own law firm in Brazil alongside a partner based in Switzerland, advising companies and individuals on international expansion, corporate structuring, and immigration strategies. The practice later evolved into an ongoing international partnership.

Based in Miami, Ms. Lenz combines international experience with a practical and personalized approach to help clients navigate complex legal and immigration matters.
